This is a Financial Freedom Update post. Each month I report the status of my journey towards more financial freedom and reflect on my progress. To learn more about financial freedom please see my Think Week 2021 post where it all started.
Still some leftover expenses from my time without an apartment.
December 2022 I arrived home from my trip to New Zealand. I had no apartment and so I spent about a month in a beach house. I did not pay for that until now so that is why the Home category this month is quite high.
Results
Savings rate: 32%.
Not great. Moving and expenses from my big trip still seem to linger in the system.
