This is a Financial Freedom Update post. Each month I report the status of my journey towards more financial freedom and reflect on my progress. To learn more about financial freedom please see my Think Week 2021 post where it all started.
I spent a bunch this month.
My biggest expense was a home trainer for my MTB. Utilities is also ranking high this month but that is due to insurance payment. I rented a car twice this month which was nice but of course cost some.
Overall fine. The savings rate would be much higher had I not bought a trainer. But I’m justifying that with an assumption it helps me train more.
